St. St. Joseph’s is very proud to be flying our third Active Flag. We are the first school in Offaly to get their third flag and only the third school in the whole of Ireland to achieve three flags.  The flag was raised by Oliwia, one of our special olympic athletes, and Mrs. Brigid Clear, principal of St. Philomena’s N.S.  Mrs. Clear first introduced the Active school programme to St. Joseph’s many years ago and we were very happy to welcome her back to help us celebrate this marvelous achievement.
