Bluebell Walk in Charleville
World Book Day 2019
We have been out and about for a safety walk around our school. Claire, our friendly lollipop lady, came to visit us and helped us to cross the road safely. We also had a visit from two gardaí who talked to us about how to keep safe while out walking or cycling.
Thanks to Mr. Dufficy, we spent a very busy morning measuring and mixing to make delicious gingerbread cookies in the parents' room. We loved having help from some of our Mams and Dads. Lots of fun was had and we all ate our fill!!
We ate all our porridge, just like Goldilocks! Some of use tried honey, others raisins or jam on top. It was delicious.
WItches, skeletons, superheroes and many more were seen in room 5 this Hallowe'en! Our first St. Joseph's Hallowe'en parade was a special one. Check out our cool costumes and see us playing Hallowe'en games here!
We enjoyed a wonderful walk in Charleville woods and admired the beautiful colours of the leaves. Our first St. Joseph's bus journey was great fun too!
Here are some photos of us, out and about exploring nature in the glorious Autumn sunshine
We learned about how to stay safe and keep away from dangerous wires. Here we are wearing our cool hi-vis jackets!
