Dogs’ Trust

We have had a busy few weeks in Miss Lambe’s class!  The class had a visit from Dogs Trust. We learned all about taking care of dogs. Dylan from Miss Lambe’s class came first in the Art competition for Senior Infants during Seachtain na Gaeilge and we took part in the Easter Egg Hunt!

Mothers’ Day

Miss Lambe’s class made flowers for all the mothers on mothers’ day.


Miss Lambe’s and Miss Brady’s classes enjoy engineering workshops.

Roisin made a snake from junk art during our Jungle animal themed Aistear.

Building houses and furniture in Aistear


Since September started we have been involved in the following activities

  • Celebrating Roahl Dahls birthday by wearing yellow

  • Building houses and furniture using construction toys during Aistear

  • Visiting our class Lime tree to collect autumn leaves

  • Weekly visits to the school library

  • Celebration of National Gratitude day on September 21st

  • Celebrating European week of sport and fitness

  • Building a Kindness Tree in art

  • Learning about fruit and vegetables in Aistear and having a fruit tasting class with Jill from Bradbury’s.
