Yoga for parents: Mondays at 7.45 pm in St. Joseph’s N.S. [Please bring own yoga mat]

 

Aqua-aerobics for parents: Tuesdays at 10 am in the Tullamore Court Hotel

 

Zumba for parents: Thursdays at 9.30 am in St. Joseph’s N.S.

 

Wednesday Walking club: from the Town Park entrance at 9.30 am
