After several years, Grandparent’s Day has finally returned to our school, and it was worth the wait! This long-standing tradition has always held a special place in our hearts, and this year’s celebration was nothing short of magical. The children were absolutely thrilled to perform for their beloved grandparents, who made the day even more unforgettable by their presence.
The excitement in the air was palpable as the little ones recited heartfelt poems and sang cheerful songs, sharing their love and gratitude for their grandparents. The grand finale was an especially lively performance of the Irish folk song “Rattlin Bog,” which had everyone clapping and tapping their feet along to the rhythm.
A big thank you to all the grandparents who attended and made this day so special. Your presence not only made the event memorable but also reinforced the strong bond between generations. We are already looking forward to next year’s Grandparent’s Day and the joy it brings to our school community!
