Today, our class had the amazing opportunity to visit the local fire station, and what an exciting experience it was! From the moment we arrived, Firefighter Adrian and Mick gave us a warm welcome and took us on a fascinating tour, giving us a real sense of the important work they do every day.

We learned about the different equipment, the challenges firefighters face, and the speed at which they must respond to emergencies. One of the highlights of the visit was getting to climb up into the fire engine—it was incredible to see up close where firefighters sit when racing to an emergency!

A huge thank you to Firefighter Adrian and Mick for their time, enthusiasm, and for giving us such a memorable experience. We left with a newfound appreciation for their hard work and bravery. What a fantastic trip!
